ORDERING INFORMATION
Payment Information: We accept PayPal, and Credit Cards through PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks.
Please note: Payment for more than the amount of the order will not be accepted.
Custom Orders require a minimum deposit of 50%. The balance is due before the item will ship or is delivered.
To Order: Send us an email with the information about the item you wish to order, and your shipping information. We will send you back an Invoice for the total.
Remember: We have to charge Massachusetts State Taxes on those items that need to have tax that ship to any address in Massachusetts. Only the clothing under $175 and yarn are exempt from Massachusetts Taxes.

Shipping: Orders will ship within 3 business days of payment clearing. Preferred method of shipping is United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We will also Ship UPS and FedEx at the customer’s request. We require insurance for the amount of purchase on any Order, Tracking is optional.
Any payment made by Money Order or Cashier’s Check will be held for 5 business days before Shipping. Any payment made by Personal Check will be held for 10 business days before shipping.
